What should I wear?

Solid colours and simple patterns work best - avoid busy prints or logos. A well-fitted blazer, collared shirt, or blouse in neutral tones photographs cleanly. After booking we'll send a short wardrobe guide. When in doubt, bring two options and we'll advise on the day.

Can I add more images or a second look?

Yes. Additional retouched images can be added for $75 each. A second outfit or backdrop option is $50. Just mention it when booking and we'll accommodate where scheduling allows.

I'm not photogenic - is that a problem?

Almost everyone says this. "Not photogenic" usually just means you haven't had good direction. We do this every day and people consistently leave surprised by how natural they look. That's the job.

When will I receive my image?

Within 5 business days of your session. You'll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can download your high-resolution file directly. No emails back and forth, no waiting for a USB.

Where is the studio?

Our studio is in Okotoks, Alberta - just south of Calgary. Exact address and parking info are included in your booking confirmation. Questions? Call or text 403-620-9446.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedules are accepted up to 48 hours before your slot at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but the credit is valid toward any future session within 12 months 

Do you do hair and makeup?

We can arrange a referral to a Calgary-based makeup artist if you'd like professional hair and makeup on the day. Let us know when you book and we'll coordinate the timing.

Can we book headshots for our whole team?

Absolutely — and it's one of the best investments a firm can make before a website refresh, new employee onboarding, or a brand update. We offer per-person pricing for groups of 3 or more, in-studio or at your office. Reach out for a custom quote.

What if I don't like how photos turn out?

We stand behind the work. If you're not satisfied with your final images, we'll schedule a complimentary reshoot. We want you to walk away with something you're proud to use.
